They meet Building Codes, Fire Codes and Home Owners Associations requirements, they have passed the ASTM E84 test for Smoke Generation and Flame Spread and meets NFPA 255 and ANSI/UL723. Our Fire Retardant Coatings will inhibit some molds / mildews and there insoluble when dry.
